Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• Be unused.
• Be in their original packaging.
• Include all accessories and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used products.
• Products damaged by misuse.
• Items returned without original packaging.

Refunds

After inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong size or a defective product, we'll arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
